Received call from business (Steve) stating...........the consumer received his lien about a month ago and the only reason it was so late was because he (Steve) went out of town for a month He is the only one at his business that handles liens

Took verbal response over the phone:  We straightened this out with the customer. He has paid the balance in full and is satisfied.
