These people are crooks!!!!! I have tried repeatedly to get the drainage and erosion in my backyard fixed. The problem was done by Hawkins when they put in the sewer lines to my house and the neighbor’s house. I feel this is a problem they should have taken care of. I finally had to take care of the problem myself so my retaining wall would not shift and crack. The neighbor was not so lucky. His wall cracked and the expense of repair fell on him. Another problem was the original water heater they installed in the house. Piece of junk. It quit working after 6 months. Power’s Plumbing, the installer of the water heater, messed with the heater for almost a year before the fuse finally blew and started a small fire in the surrounding insulation. At this point I contacted Bakers Brothers plumbing. They replaced the water heater, corrected all of the problems and provided excellent service. Hawkins and Powers Plumbing might consider following Baker’s Brothers example. DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THIS COMPANY
