Also, I wish the company to know I have a brand new 2017 Hyundai Accent Value Addition. Under the same situations I spoke with your dealership about, they were about to help me with financing, and paying off my previous car. I wish you no harm by any means. God had already provided my way of escape. This was just part of my faith walk experience. God bless you and keep you.

I am rejecting this response because:Realizing that credit approval is vital, the fact that I never received such as response and was ignored by the dealership is where the crust of my complaint is about. This dealership advertises it helps all forms of credit levels is simply not true. I should have been treated with better respect by having contact information given to me in a timely manner as opposed to not at all. I should not have had to make numerous emails before being heard by anyone. that's what I'm pissed about.

We have all consumers sign a Purchasers Acknowledgement of Credit Processing disclosure. The disclosure states the vehicle will be returned in the same condition it was delivered, if financing cannot be obtained. We request of the consumer not to make any changes, upgrades, or otherwise...
to the vehicle until financing is obtained. We have processed a refund to the consumer in the amount of $215.68 which covers the cost of the tire for $166.68, and $49.00 for the alingnment. We have informed the consumer the check can be picked up in our office located at [redacted], on Monday August 3rd. This letter is in response to [redacted] complaint about auto financing thru Stevehahns Volkswagen in Yakima Washington. Mr. [redacted] applied for credit on line for the purpose of purchasing a vehicle. Stevehahn Volkswagen secures it credit thru outside lenders, Mr. [redacted] credit was not...
substantial enough for any lender to provide funds for a vehicle purchase. Unfortunately we can not guarantee loans in the event a customers credit history is not acceptable to any of our lenders. Sincerely Jerry P[redacted] GM
The [redacted]'s original visit to the dealership concerned a starting issue, it was found that the battery would not hold a charge and consequently was replaced. this repair occurred on March 29th 2016. The next visit occurred on June 21st when the vehicle was towed in for a no run condition,...
after several test were run it was found that the vehicle had no power to the coils leading to replacing a relay which restored power to the coils .( the engine ran great after relay replacement) . On September 28th the vehicle had a repeated starting issue, it was found the battery had failed and was replaced on a no charge basis. On October 28th the vehicle died on the freeway, there were numerous warning codes in the computer, after clearing all faults it was discovered there was no gas in the vehicle. 5 gallons of gas were added and the vehicle started but ran poorly, upon replacing a fuse it seemed to run fine . We are not a Audi dealer but have tried our best to satisfy the customer, if more problems occure it may be necessary to visit a Audi repair facility .
[redacted], Our service manager strongly feels that he has extended a fair resolution for the customer and has stated that even though he was servicing the Audi he never implied we had all of the abilities of a Audi dealer.
