He sounded great at first, came in, gave us a wealth of knowledge that we just trusted because it was our first home purchase. Come to find out he missed a big amount of things, that are biting us in the butt now. For example, we had to replace the entire roof because half of it was rotted out so bad I could poke my finger through it, our hot water heater was almost 30 years old, and the house had a GIANT Cockroach infection, Leaks all around the outside of the roof around our chimney and more.. He sounded good, explained a lot, but also, missed a good portion of things that were very obvious when we started looking.. Very Very disappointing.","neg-1
