I am seeking a refund of $for roofing materials that Steve Edwards Construction failed to deliver In April of 2017, my wife and I entered into a contract with Steve Edwards Construction to renovate my home at [redacted] Point RdThe scope of that work included installation of a new metal roof, a bathroom renovation, and crawlspace encapsulation On December 12, 2017, I terminated that contract when the company failed to perform the work As part of that termination, I agreed to purchase the roofing materials at a cost of $4256.97, which was backed up by a copy of the materials orderThis amount was subtracted from the amount refunded to me on January 11, for the original contractThe company was to transfer ownership of those materials into my name with [redacted] the company holding the materials Steve Edwards Construction did not transfer ownership of the materials and now the materials are no longer availableI made Steve Edwards aware on June 20,
