Steve Burton's Home Maintenance

Steve B performed a home repair in July of 2018 and collected $550 from myself. The work is unacceptable and should be covered under warranty.
Steve B was contracted in July of 2018 by both myself and ***, the company which manages my rental home at *** to perform a repair to the master shower stall at the above address. The repair has since failed completely and looks as if it was never repaired at all. *** has attempted to contact Mr B and cannot reach him. I have had the same luck when attempting to reach him. The tenant in the home sent pictures (attached) of the current condition of the shower after the repair. Steve B was to remove existing damaged tile around the bottom of the shower wall, remove damaged drywall, replace the drywall with cement board, install similar ceramic tile and finish to match the existing surround. As you can see in the pictures, the repair is failing a little over 6 months after being performed.
