In reference to complaint - [redacted] , I spoke with Mr [redacted] today 9/24/and explained to him that the warranty was a manufacturers warrantyI gave him the warranty number and explained that the home owner must order the failed product from the manufacturerI also told him when he receives it, in good faith, I would provide the labor to repair at no costThank you for your attention to this matter, Donald Rossi, President (Steubenville Construction Co.)
