as requested by R***Since we did not receive a response to our phone call, the new check was sent to the address included in the complaint.At this point in time, Tropicana Gardens has refunded R***'s full deposit in a sign of good faith that the lack of response was due to miscommunication in our office and not done in bad faith.Thank you,Tropicana Gardens
