Sterling Vacuum & Sewing Machine

Review: I have a receipt showing I dropped my [redacted] off at Sterling repair in August 2014. I made numerous trips to their store throughout 2014 and received numerous excuses as to why the repair wasn't completed. I returned again on January 31, 2015 to find a sign stating that they were temporarily closed for relocation for about a month. I have called numerous times since with no response.Desired Settlement: I either want the floormate repaired as agreed under warranty or returned so that I can take it to another service location.
