Sterling Republic

Sterling Republic bought the property (formerly known as STONE COUNTRY APARTMENTS, now known as COUNTRY PLACE APARTMENTS) approximately two years ago. My family has lived there for the past four years and this year will make five. Since they've taken over the management of the property many improvements have been made to make it feel more like home, rather than just apartment living. Some of the improvements made include but are not limited to - the installation of gutters on all the buildings, the installation of speed bumps (making it safer for the kids playing on the playground & basketball court area), as well as the installation of much needed lighting (to ensure the safety of all residents during the evening and night time hours). Whenever we have had a maintenance issue (no matter how major or minor the issue) the staff is & has always been prompt and courteous in resolving the issue. For instance I came home one day to find that our hot water heater had gone out and had been running all day. I called the after hours emergency maintenance number and someone was there within 30 minutes. An hour later I had a new water heater installed (and it was pouring rain that day). Sterling Republic has also on more than one occasion hosted a cook out to foster relationships between them and the community as well as to allow for everyone to meet and get to know their neighbors. Sterling Republic is a company that cares about its tenants and ensures that its properties are safe, maintained, and family friendly.
