Review: The club mets is a scam. I had issues with getting the advertised prize pack, tickets along with other associated benefits. When I called the mets about this issue they stated that they have nothing to do with these issues and to call mlb. When I called mlb they comfirmed that the mets are responsible for their club mets that they sell. Mlb representative suggested emailing my complaint to the mets which has been ignored.

None of the promised exclusive ticket opportunities ever occurred.Desired Settlement: I would like the 2 promised tickets, the promised prize pack, and an apology for not having any staff available with any knowledge of club mets and how to obtain its benefits. I would also like an explanation why they advertise exclusive ticket opportunities but fail to deliver a single opportunity.

We had a call with [redacted] and have refunded the cost of the membership ($20). We wanted to hear what exactly went wrong to help us improve communication for the club moving forward.

Review: Purchased very expensive Met tickets Section 111 Row 12 Seats 1-3 for the August [redacted] Mets game vs. Boston Red Sox so my brother and 83 year old father could enjoy a game at CitiField. But there was nothing enjoyable about it. Had constant disruptions all around us and way too much screaming and vulgarity - it was bad. I know this is a baseball game but this was crazy - spoke to the attendants many times and they said they would take care of it but nothing was ever done. We also had to very tall and very heavy people sitting in front of us - 2 of us could'nt see the pitcher or the hitter formost of the game - I'm paying big money to see a baseball game. It was a just a very disappointing day and a waste of my money. Have been contacting the NY Mets many times since with no rsponce - they just ignore me.
