Review: We have been dealing with the company since 2011 and from our first meeting was disappointed but due to the contract with the builder, we needed to use their business. The quality of their product has been less than satisfactory and we have made numerous attempts to have these problems rectifiied. They have been no shows for scheduled appointments, I call and leave messages weekly and am told that I will get a call back on such date with no response at all. I have asked to speak to a manager and a told that only one person handles these issues and it has been 3wks since my last response from them with a promise again for a call back on such date with nothing. We have hard wood floors that are splitting, cracking & buckling all over the house. There are staples coming out of the wood floors, there is not enough polyurethane on the floors and we have had other flooring companies in the home to review the issues as well and they have stated that such. Our tiled bathrooms have no grout because it has all crumbled and fallen out with no replacement as wellDesired Settlement: I want all of the tiles regrouted as we were promised and I want the wood floors sanded and finished properly OR compensation for another company to come in to complete the work correctly

Review: Installation of job was a nightmare. Instead of a 1-2 day job, in turned into over 2 weeks. I have glue marks all over my floor that will not come off. I complained about this since day one to Sterling. I have areas of the floor that were cut wrong, pieces lifting, and damage to my washer machine, kick plates and base board heater. I've spoke to owners and one of the [redacted] and nothing has been done. They will not return my calls after numerous attempts to contact them. Someone also forged my signature on their copy of the paper work staying the job was complete and satisfactory.Desired Settlement: I want my floor fixed and all damaged product replaced by Sterling. Also, a credit on all or most of the installation price.
