This was a move under a contract with the local military (***) We adhered to the military contracted dates Even though the customer complained the help was new, there was no damage to their shipment On the phone, the wife complained we packed things too well for a local move and wrapped each item separately and we shouldn't haveThat's the mover's training - they were following the training The customer wanted more men for the delivery day but before we could route another crew there, the move was done They finished up by pm Since they were unhappy with the move, I did offer a $gift certificate as a gesture of good will, however, shortly after that, I received a letter stating that they wanted another local move from the residence we moved them into which was only a temporary residence, to a new house When they asked for a "free move", I rightly told them they would have to deal with [redacted] as our contract is with them and we would resolve any issues and/or claims through the [redacted] military office - which is protocol They were not happy I was referring them back to *** It became clear they were just maneuvering for a free move I have spoken and emailed with the local military office who has advised us there are no issuesThank you

and wrapped each item separately and we shouldn't have. That's the mover's training - they were following the training. The customer wanted more men for the delivery day but before we could route another crew there, the move was done. They finished up by 1 pm. Since they were unhappy with the move, I did offer a $100 gift certificate as a gesture of good will, however, shortly after that, I received a letter stating that they wanted another local move from the residence we moved them into which was only a temporary residence, to a new house. When they asked for a "free move", I rightly told them they would have to deal with [redacted] as our contract is with them and we would resolve any issues and/or claims through the [redacted] military office - which is protocol. They were not happy I was referring them back to [redacted]. It became clear they were just maneuvering for a free move. I have spoken and emailed with the local military office who has advised us there are no issues. Thank you.
