In May of the association sent out notice that there was going to be a managementchangeThe owners where notified in writing that they should pay the Association viathe new PO Box address and to make out all payments in the name of the association.The fees are monthly and at that time the new
payment policy was enclosedIn Juneanother notice went out to the owners who did not pay the June fee including this owner.It was also noticed to use email for communicationsThe Association gave monthsgrace time and did not start applying late fees until AugustThis owner ignored allcommunications until late AugustThe monthly payments are due on the first of themonth and are considered late if not paid by the 10th of each monthThe owner wasgiven the payment policy and informed that the late fee should be paid until they could fillout the Request for relieve form and it could be reviewed by the Board of Directors, theydid not fill the form out nor did they pay the fees.They also said that they made a payment but it was not received and they could notprove that the payment was madeFinally on the Board authorized thewaiving of all the late fees and that adjustment was made on They also madethe checks out to Sterling instead of Creekside Meadows HOA and they could not bedeposited due to the wrong payee.Please remove this complaint, as it is unfounded and really caused by the owner's lackof communication with the Association.Thank you,Doris P***, OwnerSterling Community Management
