Our family of planned a family vacation in June We had to be at Charlotte Douglas Airport by 4:AM Sterling not only kept in touch with us but they were there promptly at 3:AM to transport us to the airport Upon our return, they were waiting in baggage claim area when we arrived They were so nice and helpful it made our trip much more pleasant I had originally made my reservation on the phone with*** She was very nice
