I have no problem send her more copies of the magnet with her ad on it we always keep a few extra as proof that I printed and shipped them. I did offer the names of the distribution. I was never rude or persistent I was willing to compromise with the current past due invoice and voided it out, but it is not possible to refund from something almost a year ago that I have copies for me printing and shipping them. if she would like me to send her the copies that I have keep for record I am more than happy to.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.

We paid for the product on 11-1-2015. We were under no contract nor did we renew one that is stated in response. We requested several times an invoice previously to this, and we were sent the attachment you were provided with also. When they called to renew for this year that is when I told them we never received anything from the first charge, and had been waiting. When the original order was made and paid for, I was told it wouldn't go out for print due to other businesses waiting to participate. Therefore a delay in getting the magnets I was willing to accept. After 8 months, not over a year ago, they still have not and refuse to send me a magnet (or magnets) to our store. As I stated in the complaint, nobody in the county offices are aware of any such magnets where I was told they would be placed. I do not accept an image of the product by email, this does not prove to me that the product was ever made. I did not cut off [redacted] over the phone, she was just very persistent that because of the time she was not willing to help. All I wanted was proof, to be sent some copies of the magnets I purchased to give me some comfort I was making a good business investment. With being told "impossible", "It's too late", and "you have to renew", It seems as if the product was never made and I have been scammed. We never received a statement or bill as requested when we made the initial purchase, and certainly did not agree or sign any contract as suggested. As I stated in the complaint, they told me the magnets would be in the Clerk of Court office. We have two, and both were checked by myself as well as a Nash County officer. They would not provide addresses or names of other places they may be found. I also manage a business and do not take accusations lightly. I am not trying to get something for nothing, but as a business manager I do expect to get what I pay for, as do my customers expect from me.
I have only spoke with [redacted] only one time she stated she wanted a refund because she didn't receive her product. I tried to inform her that we have in fact shipped out the magnets and that is she wished I could give her the names of the distribution of who we spoke with but she continued to cut me...
off when I was trying to help. She also placed another ad and has an outstanding invoice from 7/5/16 where she spoke with a sales manager and a manager if she didn't receive the magnets I don't understand why she would place another ad. also when collections called about the past due invoice she requested a copy of the magnet to her email and we did comply with that request after that the collections department tried calling multiply times but [redacted] never would get on the phone or return a phone call. When she did call me I told her that I would be more than happy to cancel her current invoice that she is late on and still let her ad run on the magnet but because I can see where the magnets where printed and shipped and that it has almost been a year since the original ad was ran I couldn't do a refund from 2015 in no way shape or form was I rude to her I tried my best to help her in our system the magnets where shipped if you didn't receive them why has it been a year before you call and question it, you placed a new add and that invoice is pass due, I offered to cancel the current pass due invoice and still run her ad, there is nothing I can do for the ad that was back in 2015 nearly a year ago
Revdex.com:The statement regarding [redacted]'s new card is not true he just received his new card on Monday the 14th. Also, in June of 2016 we sent a notarized and certified letter to Sterling BP stating that they was to never charge [redacted]'s card again but they did. Otherwise we are satisfied with the refund
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
