I bought three of this company totes and the problem is that the totes had little cracks in them and on top of that the lid wouldn't snap shut I wasn't happy I called the company and they ask me to take it back to the store I told them I did and they said I need to contact the headquarters I then again contacted the headquarters and still no help so now I am turning to the Revdex.com before I take this matter to the court of law I am the customer and I should be service and have been service it shouldn't never came to this point I want a refund I want my money back I will not be buying any of there products again cause I am not happy with the service and the run around I had to go threw thank you so so very much and I hope this matter can be handleProduct_Or_Service: big storage containers Desired Settlementi would like a refund for what I paid which is $65.84Business' Initial Response Sorry for the delay in reply; I thought the complaint was resolved under case # XXXXXX and that the correspondence or update just needed to catch up with each other. I purchased several large storage containers and they are breaking after short term useI purchased several large storage containers for organizing and storing some stuff in my garage. After a little over a year, the plastic has begun to wrinkle and crack in several spots. The containers have started buckling even though there was nothing placed on top of them. I am deeply disappointed int he quality of the containers.Desired SettlementI would like the storage containers repaired or replaced or my money refunded if that is not an option.
