While we regret Ms*** dissatisfaction, we believe we have acted in full accordance with the service agreement signed by My Dentist Inc that does not expire until December 1, We have offered to work with My Dentist Inc on potential solutions to this matter, however they have insisted upon proceeding with the early termination of a service agreement still within its' initial term, therefore we feel the liquidated damages provision outlined in section 2c is validAs a compromise, we waived half of the current liquidated damages charge, leaving the balance due $1,Should Ms*** wish to resume discussions around continuing services with Stericycle and finishing out the remainder of their agreement, we would be happy to continue that dialogue

Our service agreements do allow for periodic price increases and these increases are a standard condition of our service agreement to help cover any cost increases we may face to meet regulatory requirements across local, state, and federal standards as well as prepare for investments in our
business to keep abreast of needed technology and ensure the protection of our customers as part of our 'cradle to grave' service offering

We do not feel hat we are responsible for any damages, as we have been a customer for an extensive period of timeBy now, there are no damages! We contest the way the few recent changes that were made were electronically delivered and masking new extensive contractsWe HAVE had contact with Stericycle in the last few months , they have offered no RESONABLE resolutionThey have not been willing to work within reasonable market rates standard in the industry todayIf they were competitive with in the industry standard pricing and honest and open in their contracts and communications we would NOT be attempting to disengage from their service. Our service rates have been aggressively raised, by more than 700% in the last months! This is outrageous and unacceptable. For these reasons , we have been attempting to terminate any and all services with Stericycle

While we regret Dr. *** dissatisfaction, we preface our signature line with the statement “By signing below I acknowledge that I am the customer’s authorized officer or agent and that I have the authority to bind customer to this agreement…” so that the individual reading the document
will verify before signing that they are authorized to do so
On our end we have no way of knowing who is or is not authorized to sign an agreement for a particular officeTypically accepting and paying for the service for a significant period of time also serves to ratify the agreementIt is unfortunate that your representative did not read and understand what was signed
In closing, although we believe our agreement to be entirely valid, in the interest of maintaining positive relations, we will cancel Stericycle account # *** without penalty as requestedWe will be sending one of our service personnel to your locations to remove any remaining Stericycle boxes or tubs on Monday August 29th

Sandy *** The entire situation was not addressed. The signature was only a small part of the whole problem. The American Dental Association News magazine has quite a write up on your company with numerous complaints from many Dentists in several statesI still want a complete cancellation and not just a lesser feeWe are a very small practice and cannot afford the extremely high fees that are charged for the very small amount of product needing disposal
