In response to the complaint for [redacted] , when he came in to purchase a Pioneer radio, he had his dash broken, like if the radio was stolen or something, we advised him that the new radio needed the original brackets to hold the radio in place and he said "ok I know that" so we did the wiring installation and the mounting of the radio as the best of my installer's ability, he left home and called me saying that the radio was not mounted correctlyWe told him bring it back and see what else we could do but since he don't have the original brackets where the original radio goes, the radio won't sit in the right place so I asked one of my more experienced installers to make him a handmade mount to hold the radio just as curtesy for the customer ( HE DID NOT PAY EXTRA FOR THAT) the radio after that was sitting snugly in its place and customer still was not satisfied, so we told him just to buy the original brackets and he started yelling and stormed out of the storeWe already did as much as we could and we did not get any compensation for the extra work that was done for his vehicleSo just to be clear he only paid for a radio and for the radio to be wired, we did more than we were supposed to make him happy, If you have any questions feel to contact me at the number above
I am rejecting this response because: look at the pics , tell me any reputable company that would pass that off as good ???
It's utterly pathetic , there was NO " ok I understand " ANYTHING #1 lie I still would like to know when yelling happened these people LAUGHED at me !!!! LOOK at the pics !!!! I'm meant to be happy ??? Give it a rest !My brother and I assumed that this extreemly disreputable company would pull this crap instead of what we do when somthing goes wrong ..." I'm so sorry , let me refund you"Anyway is this over now , my brother made me promise we'd try this before we file a small claims suit At this point it's the principal of the thing they obviously do not care And I do so , onward
