Highly recommended!
Great experience! Have used them twice to upgrade my minivan, the competition in town didn't want to help me, but this place gave straight up costs and delivered with no issues! Highly recommend Stereo City for tinting and stereo upgrades! They also upgrade lights!

We received a letter from you today regarding a complaint from a patient. The ID number is [redacted]  In response to this complaint, I spoke personally to the patient the morning of his scheduled appointment. He only said that he could not make the appointment because he had to go to work...

and his son had to go to school. He never mentioned anything about his mom being sick or that he had been in the hospital with her. He was told then there would be a cancellation fee as we only had less than an hour till his appointment time. We would have waived the charge immediately if he had said his mom was dying and he needed to be with her. This account had a prior balance and has been sent to collections due to not receiving payments. If the patient can provide proof of his mom being in the hospital at that time, we will remove the broken appointment fee and he can continue to pay the remaining balance.

Review: I went to Stereo City on 06-06-13 in regards of purchasing a radio for my 2013 Voltwagon Jetta and I spoke to [redacted] and we went over what was a good radio. [redacted] and I both agreed that this Alpha- Nav addition radio would be a ok fit. He explained to me that he had to order certain parts for this and that I needed to put down $100.00 for him to retain these items. [redacted] had given me a call on 06-11-13 notifying me that the items were in so later that day I dropped off my vehicle. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I went into the radio store and he went over what he did, and after this I paid $636.00. After a few weeks of the radio being in the battery in the remote went out so I went and got replacement batteries but again a few days letter the remote continued not to work also the hands free driving Bluetooth would not work it just sounded like static to anyone I talked to. So I explained to my fiancé I would go up to the store to speak with [redacted] about it because at this point he just wanted him to take it out. I spoke with [redacted] on 07-23-13 at the store and explained to him everything going on with this radio that I stated above and also that a few days earlier because the remote wouldn't work I had been using the knobe on the radio, it was now stuck and not working any longer I could not turn the radio up nor down. He stated to me " bring the car back next Friday and ill have them spray something on the knives so it wouldn't be stuck. After leaving there I explained this to my Fiancé and he stated " No," " you paid $736.00 for that radio and that's all he is going to do is put something in the knobe and keep changing the batteries? There is something wrong with that radio and I want him to take it out!" So explained to [redacted] this and he said ok. On 08-02-13 I dropped my vehicle off at 14:30 and [redacted] explained he would call me when it was done and I stated to him, " which radio are you going to put in?" He stated "the same one." ([redacted]) " I do not want that radio , that radio brand period is no good and I do not want it! It cause me to much of a headache!" ([redacted]) " well this is the only one that has Navigation on it!" ([redacted]) " I don't care that it doesn't have it on there I don't want that radio In my car I don't care what you put in there but not that one!" So [redacted] says ok and I stated to him to put the Pioneer that was priced in his store at $475 in the vehicle, I was ok with taking a $25.00 loss on this radio. So after dying this to him he stated he would call me when it was done. He called me at 17:00 stating the car is ready I pick my car up and get in the car and I go to the Kenwood brand site and see that he has just installed a radio that price value is way less then what I paid him the radio was only worth $220.95 I paid $736.00 for the orginal one I had. I called [redacted] on 08-03-13 about this un agreeable exchange and he stated to me,"I'm not going to sit and argue with you on the phone because now I'm at the point where I'm not doing anything to your vehicle!" And I stated that I told you which radio I would except and he stated that he didn't put that in because he would have had to rip my dash board out and install another kit in there. So I stated why would you take out a $500 dollar radio and install something that's not even worth $300.00? And then I did so your not going to take it out nor are you going to give me my money back from the $500.00 radio I had you install? He stated to me "I'm done and hung up the phone.Desired Settlement: My issue is this, all I asked for was something of equal value and I was willing to take a $25.00 loss on. But for you as a company to take a $500.00 radio that you agreed just as well as I did to swap it for something that I specifically pointed out and told you I would except out for a $220.95 radio in my vehicle that I did not agree to is unfair to me as a individual and customer! I understand his policies and procedures about his equipment but buy law you can not agree to take equipment nor merchandise out of a vehicle due to dissatisfaction and redue and apply something if lesser value and then when the customer is not happy tell them your stuck with it and also I'm keeping the remainder of your money! It's not right and not fair! I was cheated and treated unfairly!
