“This person, Jodi *** from *** *** of Wisconsin, has stayed with us multiple times beforeShe is deliberately being misleading when she says she was charged for a stay for someone else; that ‘someone else’ is her company, *** Inc, of which she is the COO ofShe gave us her personal
payment info for a non-work related stay; subsequently, she is saying that we should have charged her company and now wants us to refund the deposit she paidWhy she can’t just get a refund from her company, of which she is an executive of, instead of harassing us to refund her deposit, I have no ideaWe will no longer do business with Jodi *** or *** Inc because of this issue and because of other problems when they stay with usThis past January, Jodi lied to us and booked a stay for her birthdayIt turned out to be the birthday for her year old sonShe was not present during that time and we received numerous noise complaints because her son and his friends were partying till 4am every nightAlso, *** booked a condo for what they said was a ‘work event’ this summer but turned out to be a bachelorette party for the owner’s daughterAgain, we received complaints because they partied till the wee hours of the morningIf *** and Jodi want to party like they’re in Vegas, then I suggest they go to Las Vegas instead of staying in our condos and disturbing our neighborsThe fact that they lied to us about the true nature of their trip is disappointing to say the least.” Thanks Melanie, and let me know if you need anything else from me John
