I also received a message stating I would be given a call when they returned from vacation. I never received that phone call.
The reason a refund was not issued immediately is all of our registration materials and our website state there are no refunds given!
Yet, in one of my attempts to contact this family I stated that I would give them a refund anyways. The refund has been issued.
These are people we truly care about and we wish them all the best in their dance future.
