I found Steps Towing as a contract towing company to be unprofessional and unreliable. From the quality of their equipment to their ability to meet their commitment. This is not a company I wish to work with ever for an emergency. O have submitted a formal complaint to my road service provider. There has to be better options in the Tampa Area.
