Stepps Landscaping and Lawncare

After verbal and texts agreements made on landscaping prices and completion dates, Craig Stepps did not finish the job. He left my yard a mess and finally after 6 weeks he tells me to get someone else to finish it. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with and would not recommend it to anyone. He took my money and did not finish the work promised. The drainage issues have not been corrected, he would say that he was coming with fill dirt and sod " next week" for past 4 weeks, and did not have the courtesy to initiate any communication. He also broke (beyond repair) a bench in my backyard with his tractor. I have asked for itemized bill and have not received one. The work he did do was subpar at best and not what I would expect from someone who calls themselves landscapers. It is my recommendation that they stick to lawncare only and leave the landscaping to the experts.Product_Or_Service: Landscaping Desired SettlementI would like an itemized bill for work done and landscaping provided as well as refund for the bench he broke with his tractor.
