In response to [redacted] complaint we have several points to make of our position. When we purchased the [redacted] several days before he bought it there were no engine lights on, oil leaking on our drive way or other problems with the vehicle. He checked the fluid levels, took it... for a test drive and purchased the vehicle. When he called to say it was leaking oil we agreed to look for a vehicle that was comparable to that size and price. We tried for approx. 3 weeks and offered him a 2001 [redacted] that we had listed for $3995 if he would pay title transfer and taxes. He paid $2995 for the [redacted] so this was $1000 in his favor. After he refused to pay the title and transfer, in order to keep customer happy we paid the fees and he left satisfied and on This happened 1 week ago before we
