Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/17) */ regrettably the complainant refuses to listen to how medical billing worksIn a nutshell the complainant was told our hourly rate for services pre-insurance billingAfter the clients insurance company processed billing the amount due for services, the amount insurance company approved was even less than what client agreed to payThe client has said he refuses to pay because he feels he was not helpedWe are paid for time, not curesWe do not guarantee a cure as there are too many variables involved with getting better which are out of our controlWe try to help everyone achieve their goals and have helped a lot of individuals and families Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/07/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This was supposed to be family therapyMy family was never seenEvery incident I would bring up would always be pinned back on me as it was "my fault" This therapy was not helpful but also a fraudAgain, why would I attend a Family therapy session without being able to address my concerns with the other family members? As far as the billing, how can you give a person a quote on a therapy when you don't have a clue what my insurance will cover and call that the standard priceThe prices were listed in the web survey I had to take before attending therapy
