Review: I ordered a chain and 2 bracelets from this site on Nov [redacted]. They state that they require 2-3 days for assembly and 3-5 for delivery. It is now Dec [redacted] and I have yet to receive any merchandise. After going back and forth with the owner [redacted]. She stated I will be refunded my money. I have yet to receive a refund. There's nothing pending on my account and she's not returning my emails.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund!!
