Our Technician was cleaning the carpet down the stairs and at the bottom of the stairs his butt bumped into a sewing machine that had been placed there by MrsMaynardThe sewing machine fell over and a leg came offWe fixed the sewing machine but we feel that Mrs*** should not have moved
the sewing machine into the technicians way and feel that she should fix the small gouge in the floor since we fixed the sewing machine

On 02-15-Bill who is the manager and James a technician cleaned the carpets at mrs ***s rental she was telling them,she was going to sue the tenants that moved out due to the condition of the carpets.After cleaning the carpets there Bill had mrs *** walk through and inspect the job they did
after which she signed the invoice stating she was happy with the work she paid them and they left.The next day mrs *** called the office and accused our company of putting a hole in the carpet.Although she walked through and inspected the carpet before they left and although our equipment does not put holes in carpet Bill agreed to go look she was to call him that evening minutes ahead and he would meet her there to have a look.She did not call until the next day.Bill was not available the next day, Mrs *** could not understand that his schedule was not the same every day so she got mad and hung up when I informed her that he was not available that day that she was supposed to call the night before
