They provided me with a rough estimate and stated that with the measurements they took that they would provide a true cost estimate within a week. Three weeks later the owner called and said his wife lost the measurement but eventually found them. He asked if I still needed a quote and I told him yes. He said he would get me the cost estimate within two days -- that was two months ago. Stephens Remodeling failed in responsiveness and I lost trust in what they can do.
