Worst collection company I have ever done business with. I am a litigation Paralegal and I have done business with many collection companies. This is BY FAR the ABSOLUTE WORST. Lower level employee's have consistently lied. Managers Paul [redacted] and Andrew [redacted] are unresponsive and screen calls. They do not return calls. If you are able to catch the low level employee's in a lie regarding the availability of the managers and get a manager on the phone, they state they will follow-up with you and simply do not-I have called over TEN TIMES to have my client's issue resolved and it is still pending- DESPITE sending an EOB verifying payment to Stephen's and Michaels Associates' client. This was over TWO MONTHS AGO AND THERE IS STILL AN ISSUE?!?!?! how? irresponsibility on the company. I have an unresolved issue for a client of mine that began over TWO MONTHS AGO. Paul and Andrew have negligently done their jobs. I cannot stress enough how horrible of a business this is.
