Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have been purchasing auto parts for almost my entire life and have never encountered a problem like thisThe very nature of automobiles is that they are all different and mistakes are a givenIn this case I gave the information I had been given from Dodge.I acted on the information I had and through no fault of my own was sold the wrong part.I will also say that James was also given descriptive information about my truck.This illustrates that mistakes are made because all vehicles are different and therefore the reason for return policy.It should be asked why Stephens has the no return policy when the rest of the industry understands and accepts returns Regards, [redacted]
We take all complaints against our dealership seriously [redacted] called our dealership and asked for the parts departmentHe spoke directly to the parts managerThe reason he called our dealership is because he already had found the part number he needed [redacted] proceeded to give the part number to our managerPrior to selling the part, as we do with all sales, the manager told [redacted] of the dealerships return policyOur dealership accepts returns under certain circumstances such as a fault of Chrysler or a staff member of the dealershipIn this case, the customer provided the part number he requested and then purchased the part, with full knowledge of our return policyThis dealership is very transparent about all of our policies and procedures, we make it known prior to all sales exactly what those policies are
