We are sorry that you feel this way about your experience with us We are happy to cancel the extended warranty you purchased As we have mentioned before, Dorlene was quoted the incentivized rate of 0.9% on multiple occasions, while here at the dealership, and on the phone call she placed to us the night before she came in and bought the car She understood the rate, and proceeded with the purchase on September 28, We are sorry for the inconvenience, and as mentioned, we are happy to cancel the extended warranty Thank You,Steve H***

Dear Ms [redacted] : We have spoken with this customer and after so lengthy discussions we have refunded to the customers bank our check # [redacted] aggragating $1, This amount was issued to the customers bank as they financed certain warranties therefore when we\ cancelled them the refund had to be sent to her bank which sh agreed for us to do We unerstand the customer is now satisfied Thank you

To whom it mat concern:In response to the complaint we did agree on a price of $for the vehicleThe other items that were added to the car would be and are optional as we offer them to every customer at the time of saleAs with every customer they have the right to go through the contracts and ask as many questions as they feel necessary even if it is late at night when they are making a purchaseWe do video record these transactions with customers in the finance office so that we can protect both parties from any misunderstandings or from a customer getting something that he or she might say they never knew about it.We do apologize if there was any misunderstanding and we did already agree to cancel the products that were purchased quit some time agoWhen you may have called the next morning I think there may have been a communication issue with the statement there is no cooling off period, this would have been about the purchase of the car its self, not any of the extra products that were purchasedThose items are cancelable and were removed at the customers requestAgain we do apologize for any misunderstanding and at the customers request we did cancel additional items not wanted and processed this back.There will not be any additional refunds or reimbursement of any additional dollar amounts as this was refunded back to customer alreadyWe take great efforts to ensure that every customer leave here with what they want and understand everything that he or she may or may not purchase at the time of sale, We do understand that when it is late at night or when customers are in a hurry that there may be a item or items overlooked that we are happy to cancel or remove if they are not wanted.We are a very reputable business and do apologize again for any misunderstanding there may have been.Sincerely Rhett P***Stephen Wade Nissan

Hello *** We are so sorry you feel this way, your Nissan Sentra came into our shop with an engine knockOur technician completed a diagnostic on your vehicle and determined the noise to be an internal rod knockThe oil level was checked and confirmed by a second technician to be slightly
above the center of the cross hatching on the oil level dipstickThis is a level of oilThey recommended an engine based on their findingsWe stand by our technicians expertise. Gentlemen: On March 28, the said customer inquired about the vehicle in question which was priced incorrectly. Initially it was priced at $20,but it should have been priced at $29,000. As you can see we fat fingered the
amount when we entered it into the computer. The customer was buying the vehicle on the internet from Las Vegas and we took a deposit of $via a credit card. When we realized our mistake we spoke to the customer on the phone and just explained we entered the price incorrectly and that we were very sorry but that we could not take a loss of $9,000. At that point the husband went off on us and we tried again to explain that we were only human and that we were sorry. He was not interested so we credited there credit card for the $credit

Gentlemen:     On December 3rd we received a lead via the internet from this customer saying "I want this 2018 Mazda CX-5 VIN JM3KFBBMXJ0307946 that you are advertising for $2,669.00.  I would think you meant it to be $26,669.00 but it is clearly marked for $2,660.00 and...

must honor your mistake so please contact me [redacted] by phone and text [redacted] or email me at [redacted].On December 4th our General Manager Emailed her a reply stating it was a mistake and that we work closely with MVD (Motor Vehicle Department) regarding our advertising and mistakes that sometimes happen.  The UT MVD informed us that we took proper steps to inform the customer and that pri8ces are often inadvertently make and that we have corrected the error in a timely manner.On December 4th our internet department also sent this customer a reply written by Kevin W[redacted] our internet employee.We have called this customer several times with no answer, we have emailed the customer with no answer and our CEO called this customer with no answer.  We have been in contact with the MVD to verify all the rules that apply to these types of mistakes on our part and they have told us that we are in full compliance.

I am rejecting this response because:
This statement is not true by the dealer. They told me that the auto they had was $23,800 and then when it was delivered from Las Vegas (Desert Nissan) that it already had interior protection and body dent and scratch prtection on the car ( I called the dealer in LV and they told me it wasn't on the car when it left LV) I said I wiould wait for another vehicle to ordered and they said I already had signed a contract on this vehicle and I would have to take this vehicle. Even though the Finance Manager had verbally been told by the Sales Rep and myself that the price was supposed to be $23800 before Tax and License, he wrote the contract at $30000 before tax and Liecense-I did remoce the extended warranty and Gap Insurance, bu the cost of the car was still $2000 higher than the $23,800 price we had agreed upon. I feel the Finance Manager was very deceptive and was trying to get every dollar out of me. I would never recommend this dealership again.
