I paid $125 on Dec 2 to Stephen Hoffman to perform wedding services. I paid him immediately after booking a date/time. Wedding plans changed the week of christmas and his services were no longer needed and I asked for a refund. He said he usually did not do refunds the week of the wedding but was sure he did not tell me that and went on to say he needed to get money into that account so he could refund me and it should be later that week. I have asked him several more times but he still indicates he has no money in the account to refund me.
I have attached a copy of his websit which has is address and phone number. Also the text messages he sent me where he agreed to refund me my money
3/2/2020 -- Revdex.com received a call from Stephen Hoffman. Due to recent and prolonged health issues, including an extended hospital stay, he has not been able to address this issue. He said he will be in contact with the consumer with a refund within 30 days.
