On 12-21-I ordered four boxes of contacts from DrG*** office that were to be mailed directly to my homeAs of 1-10-I had not received my contactsUpon calling the office number, I was informed that Drg*** closed his office there at Eyemart Express on 12-23-They reported he works for *** *** in Mason, OhioI called there and spoke with Eric on 1-10-and he took down all of my information and reported that he would check with DrG*** on 1-11-about this issue and either he or DrG*** would return my call between 10am and noon on 1-11-As of pm I had not received a call back, so I called back and asked for *** or DrG*** of which neither would come to the phoneA female took down my name and number and said they would call me backAs of 7pm the office is closed and no one has called backI am out $and I have no current contact prescription because DrG*** was to mail one to my home address when he ordered the contacts on 12-22-
