I am rejecting this response because: the information [redacted], Director of Parking and...

Traffic, provided is false. Based on phone records, I obtained from Sprint Network, I placed a call May 10th, 2017 at 12:08pm to the SFA Parking and Traffic, the duration of the call was 12 minutes. During this call, I spoke with a female workers who told me she was either the assistant director or director. She was basically yelling and being rude, even saying "Do I need help or not?!?". She also expressed several times there was nothing that could be done. Once I told her what the female dispatcher told me when I called the SFA University Police, on May 6th, 2017 8:25am, duration of the call was 2 minutes, she said she would check and see if the call was made and I never received a call back. Then when I made the decision to file a complaint because Stephen F Austin State University is known for giving unfair parking tickets by the students. As for the second appeal [redacted] is referring to, during the phone call that was place on May 10th 2017, I was told the appeals committee was done hearing appeals cases until the start of the next semester which is August 31, therefore I could NOT register for summer or fall courses. I had no other option but to pay this injustice ticket I received. I'm requesting a full refund. (Willing to provided any documents)
