CPA [redacted] failed to complete services that I paid for in full, in the amount of $350. CPA [redacted] neglected his duties due to his depravity.
On 8/28/13, I paid CPA [redacted] in the amount of $350, to file my taxes for Tax Year 2012. Prior to, during and after 8/28, I had informed Mr. [redacted] NOT to include an independent, [redacted] from my taxes. Although, Mr. [redacted] was aware of this information, prior to filing taxes (based upon prior year filing records 2011) and provided with documentation (email records and "organizer"), Mr. [redacted] was reminded NOT TO INCLUDE the independent, "**".

**wever, due to Mr. [redacted] carelessness and irresponsibilities, Mr. [redacted] made an erroneous error in his decision to include ** as a dependent thus, resulting in tax filing error.

As evidence and documented records would prove that Mr. [redacted] made an error upon his own account, Mr. [redacted] attempted to deceive and deny any facts by way of his depravity. Furthermore, evidence would further indicated that Mr. [redacted] failed to complete his obligation in resolving this matter appropriately and amicably.

Not only does such practices demonstrate negligence but also places quandary in the integrity with any business to consumers alike.
