I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I do not agree with everything that he is claiming. I dealt with his niece who said not to pay the balance until damages were repaired and he agreed when he came out to the house and told me he would have the fence repaired. Also, he is noting he was trespassing on my property multiple times without my consent and never did he talk to any of my family about repairing the fence .I was never informed by the owner that he was going to try and fix the fence himself. Recently I spoke with him and he told me that he alone was out to the house, not with a repair person, and glued my fence to his liking. If he is willing to fix the damage his workers made, I am willing to pay the final balance.

[redacted] withheld $400. for a fence issue without discussing that with me. After contacting [redacted], I told him I willcheck with the Amish installers and get back to him. The Amish said they did NOT damage his fence and told [redacted]...
[redacted] that in which he disagreed. We get many calls from damages to our products from lawn care people so I thought that wasa possibility. At that point I told him I would try and fix it. I could not fix it so I brought a repair man with me and stopped andgot all supplies from the [redacted] store and the repair guy made it so crack was not visible. I went to door andasked the young lady in the home to let [redacted] know that we fixed crack. Since I didn't hear from him in over a year Isent an invoice for the monies he withheld. In good faith, I will send a vinyl fence professional over to [redacted] house andsee what he has to offer.
