STEP BY STEP LEARNING CENTERS

Review: Our two children were enrolled at the Step by Step Learning Center from January 21st, 2014 until February 25, 2014. When we enrolled the children at the Center on January 8th, 2014, we were told that the access cards involved a $20 deposit that would be returned whenever the children withdrew from the center. When we withdrew the children from the Center, the director - [redacted], told us the owner, [redacted] had not told her the policy for returning the money just yet and that we would be contacted.

We had to call [redacted] and [redacted] main office at least four times to get an answer that we were only being returned $10, $5 for each card. This was not stated on any agreement or contract. If we had known that we would only get $5 back per card, we would have only taken one.

At this time, the business is ignoring our calls and will not respond to requests to discuss.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund of our funds totally $20. A cash or check is fine for payment.
