Review: I purchased an Emerald Stentura from StenoCast for approximately $350 in late February of this year. They delivered it to me and I noticed that the on/off switch was broken. I contacted them and they told me to ship it back to them and they would repair it and ship it back to me. I sent them the item in early March. I never received the item back. I left numerous messages, both via phone and email over the past two and a half weeks and I have received no reply other than an automated email saying they received my email.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the item repaired and shipped to me, or have a new one sent to me.

The customer broke the product so they sent it in to us for repair (free of charge.) Unfortunately, it was not a simple fix so we sent them out a compatible product to tide them over until the original item is ready to ship back.

This matter has been resolved, please advise.

The information you got from the vendor is accurate and matches what I previously wrote to you. However, until I get the repaired product sent to me I won't consider the matter settled. They have had the broken item for two months and it's rather scary that it would take that long to repair a 1/4 inch plastic piece. In addition, I would just add that the most frustrating part was the vendor's failure to respond to my numerous messages when this all started. Had she responded to me initially, of course, I would have never had to ask you folks to intervene.
