I am rejecting this response because: this does not answer the question nor satisfy the issue here at handIt is solely repeatingI am aware, as it was made clear in the previous response that all warrantable items needed to be in writingI have not filled anything out AT THIS TIME due to the fact the owner of Stellar Homes said they could come "touch up" the cabinetsThis is not fixing the problemTherefore, I am not going to file anything that I feel will "put off" or "hush" me as the homeowner for the time beingThe last time something was "touched up" the color did not match as seen in the previously attached photosHence, why I am asking for the cabinets to be re-stained or re-intalledThere is a greater possibility that the touch up colors will be mismatchedAs the owner of Stellar said himself, "wood absorbs colors differently."This is simply concealing the issue - sweeping it under the rugThe cabinets should have not had these issues to begin withAgain, my argument is, STELLAR hired a contractor outside of Stellar Homes to do Stellar's work on several homes in the Key Largo subdivision, yet will not get anything to me in writing that says what was done to fix the problem NOR take responsibility for the lack of good workmanship of the person that Stellar hiredStellar Homes made that choice to bring him in to do the work, which means, they are liable for his mistakes if he takes ANY PART IN BUILDING THAT HOUSE. I am not putting any requests in writing because simply "touching up" will not fix the overall problem at handI have attached here a copy of the contract that I signedThere is no booklet presentI requested this from The Stellar Home office personallyThis was sent to me by the co-owner of Stellar.

Thank You for the follow up. All warranty requests must be done in writing through Stellar Homes Website As of 10-20-all written requests have been satisfied- Stellar owner, sales manager & construction manager verified with home owner, at the property, that there were no remaining issues. Home owner is demanding total cabinet replacement or total cabinet restain which has been reviewed by Stellar and is not defective or in need of repair. Buyer has been issued a Warranty booklet and initialed contract stating the booklet has been received. Stellar Homes will be more than happy to inspect all written warranty requests and repair warrantable issues per warranty booklet

Stellar Homes has and always will cover warrantable items for our customers.  Owner, Sales Manager & Construction Manager all viewed Cabinets and determined the stain is Very consistent with all the other cabinets like the ones this buyer had selected.  The stain seems to be in the...

same condition that it was when buyer signed her final walk thru when she purchased the home on 2-3-14.  Stellar Homes offered to touch up all the imperfections and even the wear and tear from cabinet use from the 8 months buyer has lived the home.  This buyer has repeatedly demanded to many members of Stellar Homes staff that her cabinets all need to be torn out and replaced with cabinets from Stellar Homes new cabinet manufacturer which started 6 months after this buyers closing.  Stellar Homes would gladly touch up her cabinets and looks forward to being fair to all our home buyers.   ?
