Review: This company will not discuss refunds on the phone. So, I had to spend weeks emailing back and forth going around in circles trying to get a refund. I feel like I got a new customer service agent with each email and I kept getting told different things to try and different reasons they couldn't refund me. I had to repeat myself several times. They told me they would be happy to give me a refund if I worked with technical support. And I did with no luck. The demo worked fine, but after I bought the program it kept crashing immediately after loading. I worked with tech support and they were not helpful at all. Their most recent email said they would not refund my money, because the demo worked fine for me. I feel like I have been jerked around, scammed, and robbed.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was refunded after weeks of arguing and irritating emails. I was only refunded when I threatened to report the company to the Revdex.com. I would not recommend this company or their products.

Review: I purchased their software recovery service on December 3, 2014 to recover pictures off my memory card. When I bought this product, I had done so on the internet at roughly 2:00 am and was unable to get help at trying to activate my product. The the activation code was opened in another tab and I saved this page. When I tried to open this the next morning, it was gone. When I finally had the chance to call customer service, the representative told me that I needed some type of number that I had received in my e-mail. Well, I never received an e-mail with this number. The only thing I had received was a redirect to another web page saying my product was purchased and is here my activation code.

The activation code did not work. When I told the representative on the phone that I did not receive an e-mail he said he could not assist me any further until I found it. Well, I went through my e-mails through December, and I have never received anything from this company. At least until a few weeks later asking for a survey on how well their product worked. I didn't answer, but filed a dispute with Fifth Third Bank to try to get this charge dropped from my credit card because I did not receive the services I paid for. So far I have had no luck and I have received another letter from my bank asking for a second estimate from an established merchant on their business letterhead. I have not purchased anything from another company. I just want this resolved. I am a student and I work a lot of hours and I do not have time to waste filing complaints if they are not true, nor do I have excess money at my disposal to let companies take advantage of me. All I want is the amount of $49.99 taken off my credit card. They did not provide the service I paid them for, nor was their customer service any help. This company needs to be checked out. If a company does not stand behind there product, how do they stay in business.Desired Settlement: I just want the charge of $49.99 taken off my credit card and I will be happy.
