Review: First the business reneged on their promised delivery date of Friday June [redacted], delivering on Monday June [redacted] instead. Then they delivered completely the wrong product - I ordered a white wardrobe with shelving. The one received is without shelving and of a completely different design.

The salesperson whom I purchased the item from '[redacted]' was extremely rude and unhelpful both with failure to deliver on the original agreed on date and also with regards to the wrong item delivered. She promised that her boss would call us back to address the issue, but a week later, we have yet to hear anything from them.Desired Settlement: They remove the wrong item and deliver the correct one at the earliest.
