Revdex.com: I will accept Stein's Jewelers response to the Revdex.com only under the condition that they reply as to my concerns regarding my diamond, slightly over one carat, was traded in to Mr. [redacted], who in turn gave me 1200.00 dollars in cash stating that he must keep the entire ring to be able to remove the stone, where then he will give me back my gold band. The following day, Mr. [redacted] contacted me stating that 'Brett' had mistakenly melted my gold band. Despite my repeated pleas to Mr. [redacted], I am yet to be reimbursed for their 'mistake'.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

There is no record of a custom job / cufflinks.  However, if there is a pair of cufflinks are marked $700 and he wants to purchase for $400, I am sure Steins would accept his offer, if paid in full and not put in lay-a-way.  If you want, you can call down at Steins at 414-272-2356 to...
