A week ago Wed...I called ***- made appt for service Friday pm-confirmed on email- I have to take off time off work for these appt...thurs Stein calls (not introduced) says can't make it, how about Wed pm? I'll have to check,- can I call you back on this number- answer is yesI check schedule Friday am, can't call back- so I call back *** 1-800...they say how about Tues pm- I say yes that's better- will you call to confirm- yes...no call- Tues morning, i'll calling to find out if I have to leave work- *** says weird, yes you have appt, i'll call them (Stein)...answer is no, we're coming tomorrow (again,pm is what we have been talking about along)...asked if someone will call to confirm b/c I have to leave work...answer is yesam today I get call (during a meeting)- they will be at my house in min!! I freak! No call to confirm time/no notice, i'm not home, too bad, they will reschedule! Meanwhile, i've changed my work times to accomodate them When I reach them, they are blaming *** for the confusion- I said all someone had to do was call me, you had my numbers/provide me with a contact numberWhen she said she had, and I said that is not true, she blamed the whole confusion on *** and hung up! ***!! Maybe *** is partly the blame but if you know there is confusion with ***, call back your clients and confirm your own business practices! *** DO NOT USE THEM!!
