Steiner and Daughters House Raising and Moving

Over a 1.5 years ago I paid Stiener $6,900 for supplies he said he ordered. He didn't order them and now won't refund the money.Stiener took $6,900 for supplies over a year ago. He said he bought supplies with the money but has never delivered them. I tracked down the supplier and they said the supplies were never paid for. Stiener still hasn't given me my money back. Also he was paid $15,000 at the same time to raise the house but he hasn't done that either. Further, while out their he and his workers broke a fire place, took or destroyed copper wire and copper pipes right of the home.Desired SettlementI want my $21,900 back for the labor not done and supplies not delivered. I also want another $2,000 for damage to my property.
