Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They completely ignored the fact that one the phone calls from Monday and Tuesday that Jimmy stated "Go ahead and pay for your vehicle and if when I pull the call and the price was confirmed at $then we will reimburse you the difference" then once confirmed they refused to reimburse the differenceThen when speaking to Jimmy's boss Jeremy he denied having that call even after Jimmy said it was confirmedI am unsatisfied with this response because they are only taking into effect the parts that work for them and not the facts I am giving.?
