We sent the customer the title and a reassignment form assigning the title to them. This is sufficient in most cases. The...
customer called and said the Michigan Secretary of State wouldn't honor the forms and was requesting a title in Tiara's name reassigned to Mr [redacted] When I spoke to him I told him this was not a normal occurance but if he would send the original title back to me I would request an Indiana dealers title and once I received it I would send it to him.
OFFER:
The customer has returned the title to us and I am in the process of getting a new title. Once I have the title from the state of Indiana, I will forward it on to the customer.

Tiara Rv promises to get me a Indiana title and this is what I need in order to get a Michigan title for my trailer.
I am rejecting this response because: This policy is unacceptable. I didn't place an order to receive an inadequate product, and then only to have to pay for shipping back the product that I cannot use. I once owned a pair which did work for me, so there was no way for me to know that the boot changed to restrict the entry of the foot through the ankle area. Had I known ahead of time that this was a problem currently, I would not have placed an order, and thus not spent any money on return shipping which you will not fully refund. Do you understand this problem? Do you understand that by not providing an adequate product that should have worked but did not, you are holding my investment hostage over a policy that by all rights should not exist for such a condition. If I simply did not like them, I would be liable for the return postage, NOT because the product would not work as expected. This condition was wholly beyond my control, made worse because your customer service representative didn't inform me that the problem would persist into an alternate pair they sent out for me to try. Had they informed me that the problem would still persist, I would have foregone the second attempt at this, and not incurred the second shipping charges associated with this order.Please refund the remaining balance upon receipt of this reply.
