request UPS is expected to deliver the product tomorrow Sept 8th Tracking number is *** and can be tracked at UPS.com. I also made a call to the customer this morning to ensure all of her request have been handled and to ensure we’ve done all we can do I left my name and contact info for any future questions. Once the package is delivered tomorrow, the customer states they will be satisfied with our actions to resolve the issue *** ***
The WORST online experience I have ever had.
I attempted to order 10 youth reversible jerseys and 10 shorts to match. The site displayed an automatic deduction of 10% for items ordered in groups of 10. I noticed I was not given a discount and immediately emailed customer service which quickly responded with a code to use while they fixed the issue. I used the chat link provided on the page to ensure the shipping method I chose would arrive in time. The person on the opposite end informed me it would and that an item I had ordered was out of stock, so I chose a different size and proceeded. Upon checking out, I learned of their "low price guarantee". I found the jerseys and pieces on a separate site for less cost and was told the difference would be deducted from our total. When my order arrived, there were no shorts, just 10 extra jerseys in adult sizes. I contacted customer service who was quick to apologize and send me a priority label (1 day shipping) to return the jerseys at no cost for their mistake. I had 3 jerseys that needed exchanged as well, so I packaged all and sent to address on given label. It took 4 business days for the package to be delivered. After not hearing about the order and time getting closer, I took to customer service again to only be told that THEY HAD SOLD OUT OF THE SHORTS I ordered IN EVERY SIZE. I was forced into opting for a different shorts pattern from the same company in hopes they match (I would let you know but....). They also did not have the jersey sizes I needed (and after having 7 already printed) I was forced into another size as well. Jessica from customer service let me know my uniforms would be corrected and sent out ASAP. She even agreed to call or email and let me know when items were sent/when they would arrive. After a day and a half, I contacted in every way - email, phone, left voice mails, and the website chat terminal. Finally was given a UPS tracking code only to find out MY STUFF IS NOT GOING TO BE ON TIME!
Save your time, frustrations, and money and spend it elsewhere. I was told there were no other discounts I could receive because I had free shipping and a price match deduction. Now my kids uniforms do not tastefully match in patterns and I am out money on uniforms that are not what I wanted. I repeat, ORDER ELSEWHERE!!
