Pros: they did the job fast

Cons: they did the job fast, with multiple dumb mistakes including two leaks that needed fixing, sloping gutters toward blind ends rather than downspouts causing water to spill out. One downspout elbow was installed upside down so the "tab" impeded water flow and collected debris on top. I happened to remove this elbow because they set so close to the ground it didn't permit me to install any type of drainpipe/diverter. They also used as few fasteners as possible and even missed a few rafter tails which also needed to be corrected.

Basically, their motto is "quantity not quality". they have a bunch of guys that don't take time to think about what they are doing so they can slap out as many jobs as possible in one day.
