Review: I have moved out of state in May of 2015 and have been trying to cancel my membership with Steel Valley fitness since then. I have been calling the gym asking to cancel my membership only to be told that the owner of the gym is the only one able to do so. I have left my name and number for the owner to contact me since May 2015 and have received no contact from him nor has my account been cancelled, (it is now September 2015). During this whole process I have continued paying a fee of $** for a gym membership that I have no way of using.Desired Settlement: The only thing I ask of this gym is to please cancel my account and to no longer bill me for a service I can no longer use.
